A magnificent estate nestled in the fertile bowl of the Helderberg Mountains. Lourensford Estate is a 4500 hectare agricultural farm where emphasis is placed on the conservation of the Estate's unique biodiversity and rich flora heritage.
Lourensford's scenic beauty has played host to many annual sport and cultural events, catering for thousands of participants and spectators alike. For the the 6th consecutive year, the Absa Cape Epic Grand Finale and Cape Times Lourensford Vineyard Races will be hosted at this beautiful venue.

SEEDING
Start batches will be self seeded. Please arrive early if you wish to start in the front of the field.
RULES
- No refunds
- Substitutions will be allowed online at a fee of R50
- No helmet, no ride
- A rider younger than 18 years on race day will require a legal guardian to accompany them when collecting their start numbers
- A rider younger than 14 years must be accompanied by a guardian 18 years or older
- Instructions of marshals must be strictly adhered
- No littering or unnecessary damage to the environment will be tolerated
- Race cut off: Short routes -11h30
- Race cut off: Long routes - 12h30
- All participants will be required to sign a disclaimer and indemnity form - available online or at registration
